Please call and cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. All no-show appointments will be charged a $50 missed appointment fee. You will be charged $100 for no-showed New Patient Appointment as they are scheduled for a full hour.

We are currently in the process of getting credentialed with the major insurances in our area. Self pay prices are available upon request, we are still happy to see you! Please contact us if you have questions about your bill. We are happy to provide payment plans if needed. If your bills have exceeded $500 without payment, you will be expected to create a payment plan prior to being seen for your next appointment.

We do not manage chronic pain conditions other than chronic migraines or prescribe opioid medication. Opioids are not indicated for the treatment of chronic migraines and may make your headaches worse. We are happy to refer you to pain management specialists for other conditions if needed.
